Description of participants: Health care workers at a single center in India
Inclusion criteria:
  • Healthcare worker
  • working at a large teaching hospital (located in the Puducherry district in Southern India, on the East coast)
  • tested for SARS-CoV-2 infection using RT-PCR during March 1-May 31, 2021.

Exclusion criteria:
  • Students
  • Persons with negative SARS-CoV-2 antigen test alone were not included.

Follow-up duration (months): 4.5
Vaccines:
  • 1 or 2 doses of ChAdOx1-S
