Methods	Study design:Test-negative Description of participants: All healthcare workers, including in hospitals, primary care, general, and specialized units Inclusion criteria: Healthcare workers residential address in Manaus aged ≥ 18 years on 19 January, 2021 with complete information, which was consistent between data sources, on age, sex, neighbourhood (bairro) of residence, and vaccination status and dates had SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test result from a respiratory sample that was collected during the study period Exclusion criteria: Positive RT-PCR test in the preceding 90-day period PCR tests that were performed after the individual received any dose of ChAdOx1 missing matching factors Follow-up duration (months): 2.8
