Study design:Test-negative
Description of participants: People of all ages tested for COVID-19 by RT-PCR in Scotland
Inclusion criteria:
  • All individuals who had a PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 in the study period (April 1 to June 6, 2021) in Scotland, UK.

Exclusion criteria:
  • Individuals tested during a hospital stay from day 3 onwards(Hospital-acquired COVID-19)

Follow-up duration (months): 2
Vaccines:
  • 1 or 2 doses of BNT162b2
  • 1 or 2 doses of ChAdOx1-S
