Description of participants: General population of Puerto Rico aged 12 years and older
Inclusion criteria:
  • Resident in Puerto Rico
  • 12 years old or older
  • unvaccinated or vaccinated with complete vaccination series (two weeks after final dose) for mRNA-1273, BNT162b2, or Ad26.COV2.S COVID-19 vaccines

Exclusion criteria:
  • Cases in which the infection occurred after the first dose but before being fully vaccinated were removed from the analysis

Follow-up duration (months): 9.7
Vaccines:
  • 2 doses of mRNA-1273
  • 2 doses of BNT162b2
  • 1 dose of Ad26.COV2.S
